Dungog Retreat for ATASDA NSW members
Dungog Members Only Retreat - ATASDA NSW members
With 2024 being ATASDA's 50 year we are doing something a little different. - A Members Only Retreat to the beautiful historic town of Dungog. Gateway to the amazing Barrington Tops National Park. What a wonderful way to get together and have a relaxing fun time away. Lovely venue in the centre of town, gift shops, antiques, beautiful old buildings, galleries, Hive & Gobbler craft shop, Inspired by Design craft & gift emporium.
The cost of hiring of the venue, subsidising the workshop and the luncheon on Saturday are covered by a generous grant from ATASDA National.
Members just need to cover travel, accommodation and meals for the retreat. There are some lovely cafes for lunch or an IGA if you would like to purchase the makings.
Dungog has many accommodation options, 3 hotels, a motel, AirBnB, Bed & Breakfasts to name a few. Maybe get a few friends together and rent a house - not only will you have company but it will cut down the cost.
Dungog is approximately 2 1/2 hours drive, in the Upper Hunter Valley. It is also the last stop north on the $2.50 Gold Opal Card if you use the Hunter Line or for a bit more you can book a seat on the XPT.
