NSW Branch holds a biennial exhibition. What a great opportunity for our members!
What is it? Why do it?
- To extend ourselves as artists in presenting our best creative works for public display.
- To learn and develop skills & experience in exhibiting
- To have some fun – with like-minded creative people
- Visitors love to see what we do- the art, techniques, scope and variety
- We are promoting textile arts & surface design.

ATASDA NSW is delighted to announce their 2026 EXHIBITION “PRESERVATION”
in conjunction with Primrose Paper Arts and NSW Calligraphers.
ATASDA NSW invites all ATASDA members to participate in this upcoming event by entering an artwork in this 2026 Exhibition of members’ work.
Exhibition dates: Saturday 5 September – Thursday 17 September 2026 at the Garden Gallery, located in the Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney.
The theme of the Exhibition is PRESERVATION
- Entry fee is $25 - per artwork
- Maximum entries per person is three (3)

How to Enter
- Download Preservation Entry Form (PDF, 98 KB) You will need to log in to the Members' Area to get access to this Entry Form.
- Complete Registrations/Payment for each entry (max of 3) go to Entry Rego/Payment Due - "Preservation" 2026 Exhibition
- Submit signed Entry Form, noting payment of registration/s, via email to

Criteria for artworks
- Artwork is to relate to the theme “Preservation”
- Original work by the member
- Created within 18 months prior to the exhibition dates
- May be hanging on a wall via Gallery hooks (or with your own apparatus attached to Gallery hooks) or freestanding and fit within the confines of the gallery space
- Any special apparatus needed to exhibit the artwork needs to be provided by the artist, approved by the NSW Committee prior to the exhibition and a diagram/description provided of what is required to hang your work correctly.
NSW Only: There will be an opportunity for NSW Exhibitors to sell small items and cards at the exhibition. More information to come.
