Textile Taster: make a sheet of silk paper

Betty Bull will show us the technique sometimes called 'silk fusion'. it allows you to play with soft silk fibres (and/or merino wool tops) to create a versatile piece of fabric that can be used as the base for many projects, such as journal covers.

Betty will provide textile medium, silk threads, merino wool tops, silk hankies etc, dishwashing liquid, tulle, paper towels.

Please bring: 4 clothes pegs and 1 small paint brush or foam roller.
